Communication with Parents

Parents are kept up to date about information concerning their children and daily activities. In order to save time, we use e-mail as our primary method of communication. If you feel a telephone call or personal visit is necessary, we will accommodate you.

Monthly classroom newsletters, information on events and any important notices are sent by e-mail. If you prefer to receive a hard copy, please let us know.

Cell Phones

Please refrain from using cell phones inside the Center

Birthdays!

A birthday is a very important and exciting day in a child’s life. You are welcome to send in cupcakes, cookies, ice cream or any other treat for your child to share with his/her classmates.

Parent Involvement

Since we place great importance on effective communication between our staff and families, parent involvement is encouraged. We want to make sure that each child’s needs are being met and your participation and feedback are essential to providing the best possible service.

Our open-door policy enables parents to interact in the classroom or to observe their child at play. It also provides an opportunity for communicating with your child’s teacher.

In addition, we are more than happy to set up parent-teacher conferences. You can schedule a meeting while at the Center or by contacting us at 603-880-7304 or info@creative-years.com.

Child Abuse and Neglect

It is our responsibility as childcare professionals to report any suspected cases of child abuse and/or neglect, and we take this very seriously. If we suspect that a child is being physically, sexually or emotionally abused or neglected, we will immediately contact the state Division for Children Youth & Families as well as the New Hampshire Child Care Licensing Unit

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact us at

603-880-7304 or email us at info@creative-years.com.
