More than just a child care program, our infant curriculum emphasizes the development of our infants through the planning of age appropriate learning experiences and the use of various methods of developmental stimulation. We believe that play and meaningful interaction positively impact infant development and forges strong bonds with infants and their caregivers.

We engage in activities to promote each baby’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Each day we sing songs, read books, go outdoors and play games. We provide a warm and nurturing childcare environment, one where your child will have a sense of love and security.

Toddler Room

Our Toddler Program is divided into two sections: Younger Toddler and Older Toddler. Our Younger Toddler program specifically caters to the needs of children 12 to 24 months. Our Older Toddler Program is designed for children 24 to 36 months.

The toddler rooms are organized and arranged to provide both active and quiet play and to encourage your child’s independence. Our curriculum is developmentally appropriate and geared specifically to meet your child’s needs. In addition to planned curriculum children are provided with choices so they may direct their own interest.

The goal with this program as with all our programs is to provide your child with a warm and loving environment. Some of the activities in this program include finger-painting, music, stories, water and sand table play, along with gross and fine motor activities.

Our developmentally appropriate Pre-K program is designed to prepare children for Kindergarten. As part of this program children are encouraged to explore their environment through learning centers and group activities.

Painting, cutting, pasting, music, stories, sequencing and beginning writing along with other gross and fine motor activities are a few of the experiences this age group receives. The children who travel through this program are well prepared and ready for Kindergarten.

Tuition

This full day program will encourage your child to make decisions and solve problems so that they will develop a positive sense of self-image and self-confidence. Children in our Kindergarten program will learn through independent and instructed activities.

The curriculum emphasis is on reading skills, math and science. Language art instruction encompasses letter recognition, letter/sound association, and letter formation. This program skillfully balances phonics with whole language activities. The children will be using real language in ways that are more meaningful to them.

Our math provides for hands on experiences with lots of fun activities to reinforce mathematical concepts. Our science program encourages children to explore the world around them using thoughtful questioning, experimentation and observations.

*All our children are offered rest periods as mandated by State law. Any child who does not wish to sleep or rest may quietly read books or play a game.

We offer a flexible program to accommodate your child’s different needs and interests. Children are encouraged and given the opportunity to join in special activities.

Tuition

We offer special field trips for our older campers. Some recent field trips included a day at Canobie Lake Park, a day at Greeley Park where children packed their lunch and played softball, soccer or volleyball games, Glo-Bowl and Chunky’s.

Some of the other summer activities include swimming, face painting, dance, art activities, cooking, science experiments and an end of the summer Art Show for families.

During the summer months the children may bring in their own special toys from home. Weekly themes and activities are all age-appropriate.
