Application Form | 2011 – 2012 Tuition Schedule

Our enrollment process is a rolling admission.

Once admitted into the program a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 is due ($75.00 per family). A re-registration fee is due each year in August for the following school year.

In addition to the registration fee a complete registration form as well as a signed Health form by your child’s physician is also due.

Registration forms must be updated and signed annually or whenever a change occurs.
