Enrollment Form for Older Campers

Dear Parents,

It is hard to believe that summer is right around the corner!  This summer we will be offering field trips similar to last summer.  More information will follow on specific field trip dates, activities and permission slips. 

With that said, we have been receiving numerous phone calls concerning the summer program.  Before we begin the enrollment process we want to offer spots to our current students.  The tuition for the summer program will be $185 / week.  Below you will find weekly dates for the summer program.  Please check off the weeks your child will attend or check off the space marked my child will attend the entire summer.  Please note, you must sign up for an entire week’s session, not a day here and there.  Reminder – tuition is due on Friday prior to the week care is provided.  Once you have committed to particular weeks tuition is due regardless of whether your child attends.

The summer program will begin on Monday, June 23rd.
